Everything you need — not just the carpet. Our prices include premium underlay, gripper rods, door bars, furniture moving and removal/disposal of your old flooring. There are no surprise add-ons. The quote you agree is the price you pay.

Only our own, fully insured, in-house fitters. Every job is completed by Jake, Ben, Jimmy, Louie or one of the team — the same people who have been with Hillside for years. We do not subcontract. Ever.

We come to your home with a selection of sample boards and swatches based on the look, pile and budget you describe. You get to see how colours and textures work in your own natural light, against your furniture and walls. Then we'll measure up and leave you with a written quote — free, no obligation.

We're based in Southfields (SW18) with a second office in Epsom, Surrey. Our main coverage is South West London — Wandsworth, Wimbledon, Putney, Fulham, Clapham, Balham, Battersea, Earlsfield, Tooting, Kingston, Richmond — plus Surrey. For larger or commercial jobs we'll travel further — just ask.

Absolutely. We regularly fit commercial-grade vinyl, contract carpet tiles, Marmoleum and safety flooring for offices, retail units, schools and clinics. Out-of-hours and weekend installations are available to minimise disruption. Get in touch for a tailored contract quote.

Most domestic carpet jobs are completed in a single day. Wood, laminate and Karndean/Amtico can take 1–3 days depending on the area and any sub-floor preparation required. Stair runners are usually same-day. We'll give you a realistic schedule at quote stage.

Stock items can often be fitted within a week. Bespoke orders — borders, stair runners, special colours — usually take 2–3 weeks to arrive, then we book you in. We'll always give you a realistic lead time upfront and keep you updated through every step.
